Students gain basic theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Data warehousing. The emphasis is on OLAP and OLTP technologies and their practical application in the context of Decision Support Systems.

The goal is to educate students for understanding the most recent solutions in the field of Data warehousing.

Obtained knowledge will enable the use of Data warehousing technology to support decisions in various situations. In the context of business decision- making the expected gain of using the Data warehousing technology is the revitalization, modernization and growth of production.
