STUDENT INVOLVEMENT IN RESEARCH AND PROJECT WORK

Central information point for student participation in research, projects, and other activities

Student involvement in scientific research, project-based, and other academic activities represents an important opportunity for both personal and professional development. At IPS, we are committed to providing students with direct experience through participation in real research and development environments.

Why get involved?

Participation in research, development, and project-based activities offers students:

  • valuable practical experience,
  • expansion and deepening of professional knowledge,
  • development of key competencies essential for research work and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams,
  • the opportunity to build connections with academic, research, and industry environments,
  • an easier transition to the labor market after graduation.

IPS central information point

To support this, IPS has established a central information point for students of IPS and other higher education institutions. Here, students can access comprehensive information about:

  • current opportunities for involvement in research and project activities,
  • ways to apply and participate,
  • calls for applications, mentorship opportunities, and support mechanisms for engaging in research work.

How to access information?

Students can obtain information:

  • in person or via email by contacting the coordinator of the information point (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Andreja Abina),
  • on this webpage, where we will regularly publish current opportunities for student involvement,
  • through notices from the IPS Student Council,
  • via IPS social media profiles and other communication channels.

Opportunities for all students

Participation is open to students across all study levels and study programs. We aim to offer a diverse range of opportunities – from participation in scientific and educational projects, contribution to project proposal development, involvement in research groups, to cooperation with industrial and non-economic partners.
