Recipients of 2025 Zois Awards and Prizes Announced

At a press conference held at the Rog Centre, the recipients of awards and recognitions for outstanding achievements in scientific research and development activities in 2025 were announced. Among them are IPS supervisor and graduate Assoc. Prof. Dr. Matjaž Humar (JSI), who received the Zois Prize for outstanding achievements in the field of microscopic sources of laser and quantum light, and IPS professor and supervisor Prof. Dr. Kristina Gruden (NIB), who received the Zois Prize for outstanding achievements in the field of systems and molecular biology. The official award ceremony will take place on the eve of Science Day, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 8:00 PM in Cankarjev Dom. Congratulations to all recipients of these prestigious awards and recognitions!
