IPS invites you to the Defence of the Doctoral Dissertation by Edvard Košnjek titled: Model of energy community for sustainable local infrastructure planning and sector coupling. The defence will take place on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the O2 Lecture Room, Reactor Centre, Brinje 40, 1262 Dol pri Ljubljani.

Short summary:

The proposed reference model of a community energy system enables a shift from fragmented approaches to integrated planning of local energy projects. By involving participants, simulations and sector coupling, the dissertation supports continuous improvement and a more effective low-carbon transition.
