IPS invites you to the Defence of the Master Thesis by Fatima Aziz titled: A lexicon-based approach for software bug severity classification. The defence will take place on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at the IPS Lecture Room, Jamova 39, 1000 Ljubljana.

Short summary:

The thesis is aimed at development of a transparent and easy to use lexicon-based method for software bug severity classification and its comparison with machine learning approaches and existing lexicons. The thesis also contributes the first comprehensive freely available lexicons for this problem.
