Short summary:

Chemicals from everyday products and the environment can accumulate in our body. This study developed a new analytical method for their detection in hair, a simple and non-invasive sample. The analysis of Slovenian children’s hair revealed widespread presence of exposure biomarkers, confirming the usefulness of hair in human biomonitoring.
