2nd ISO-FOOD Symposium

Welcome to the ISO-FOOD 2023!

ISO-FOOD Era Chair (Dept. Environmental Sciences at Jožef Stefan Institute) and Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School are organizing 2nd ISO-FOOD Symposium held from April 24-26, 2023 in Portorož, Slovenia.

This symposium welcomes researchers, scientists, experts, and stakeholders to present and share knowledge, experiences, new advances, and research results. We invite you to submit original abstracts in relation to the following broad topics:
