Dr. Richard Wheeler has extensive experience in research, European project management, and proposal evaluation. He currently serves as European Projects Manager at the European Sustainable Energy Innovation Alliance at Graz University of Technology and at the Balkan Institute for Labor and Social Policy in Sofia.
The lectures will be held in English.
